Within the programme, candidates may opt for either of the following routes upon registration. One year full-time study leading to Master of Science Three years part-time study leading to Master of Science The programme consists of four compulsory modules and a dissertation. Full-time students take all four modules contiguously while part-time students take individual modules at designated intervals i.e. moduels 1 and 3 in the first year and modules 2 and 4 in the second year. Each module consists of preparatory study, lectures (including workshops and demonstrations), individual assignments and group or individual project work. Every student is required to complete a dissertation. Students will be expected to combine their conventional expertise in property and construction with their newly developed IT skills, thus developing and implementing practical computer systems of a high standard.
